I created The Pet Pro Voice to listen to the conversations taking place across the pet industry. Rather than telling pet professionals what they should be doing, I’ll be bringing together real experiences, identifying common themes and sharing practical insights that help our community grow together.
What happens when we stop making assumptions and start listening?
The first edition of Pet Pro Voice explores one of the biggest conversations currently taking place among dog groomers. Listening to what pet professionals are saying in various forums and social media, I have seen what they are experiencing in the industry every day and I am sharing the themes that emerge from those conversations to hopefully help you in your business.
